Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the automated compliance dossier generation service for international pet travel, offered by BorderPaw on this site.

Service description

The service provides, based on the information entered by the customer, a personalized digital dossier including: a dated back-plan of the applicable official steps, the identification of required forms, pre-fill values, a veterinary script, and a boarding checklist, in downloadable PDF format and sent by email.

The service is an information product; it does not replace the opinions and decisions of the competent authorities, nor a consultation with a veterinarian. See the disclaimer.

Price

Prices are shown in US dollars and displayed on the verdict page before any commitment. The price depends on the complexity of the route (origin × destination × species): $79 (standard) or $129 (complex). Any optional add-on (human review) is billed separately.

Payment

Payment is made via Stripe by card. BorderPaw stores no card data. Payment triggers the automatic generation of the dossier.

Delivery

The dossier is generated immediately after payment confirmation and sent by email to the customer, in addition to being available from the customer's tracking page.

Right of withdrawal (EU) — and waiver for immediate performance

As the seller is established in the European Union, consumers normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, this service consists of supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium, personalized and performed (generated and delivered) immediately after payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun — which the customer confirms by checking the corresponding box at checkout before payment.

Accuracy — limits

BorderPaw uses reasonable means to verify the regulatory data shown. Requirements change; the customer must reconfirm each requirement with the official sources. BorderPaw does not guarantee the admissibility of the customer or their pet on a flight or at a border, nor the absence of regulatory changes after the dossier is generated.
