Terms of sale
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the automated compliance dossier generation service for international pet travel, offered by BorderPaw on this site. By purchasing, you accept these terms.
Seller
The service is sold by SanZero SAS (France). For any question about these terms, contact legal@borderpaw.com.
Service description
Based on the information you enter, BorderPaw generates a personalized digital dossier that may include: a dated back-plan of the applicable official steps, the identification of required forms, pre-fill values, a veterinary script, and a boarding checklist — delivered as a downloadable PDF and by email. An optional add-on (human review) may be offered and is billed separately.
The service is an information product. It does not replace the decisions of the competent authorities, nor a consultation with a veterinarian. See the disclaimer.
Price
Prices are shown in US dollars and displayed on the verdict page before any commitment. The price depends on the complexity of the route (origin × destination × species) and ranges from $39 to $129 — for example $39 for a simple route and $129 for a complex one. Each route's exact price is shown before payment. Any optional add-on (human review) is billed separately.
Payment
Payment is made by card via Stripe. BorderPaw stores no card data. Payment confirmation triggers the automatic generation of your dossier.
Delivery
The dossier is generated immediately after payment confirmation and sent by email, in addition to being available from your tracking page. Delivery is therefore effectively instant.
Right of withdrawal (EU) and waiver for immediate performance
As the seller is established in the European Union, consumers normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, this service consists of supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium, personalized and performed (generated and delivered) immediately after payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive, before payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun — which you confirm by checking the corresponding box at checkout. As a result, once the dossier has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable, subject to the refund policy below and to your mandatory legal rights.
Refund policy
30-day satisfaction guarantee.Beyond your mandatory legal rights, we offer a voluntary guarantee: if the dossier isn't useful to you, email refunds@borderpaw.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee is in addition to — and does not limit — the cases below or any mandatory consumer rights.
Separately, if due to a technical problem on our side your dossier is not generated or not delivered, or is materially defective, contact refunds@borderpaw.com and we will re-deliver it or, if we cannot, refund your payment. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
BorderPaw uses reasonable means to verify the regulatory data shown and cites a dated source for each requirement. Requirements change; you must reconfirm each requirement with the official sources before you travel. BorderPaw does not guarantee that you or your pet will be admitted on a flight or at a border, nor the absence of regulatory changes after the dossier is generated. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BorderPaw shall not be liable for consequences (denied boarding, refusal at the border, quarantine, costs incurred) resulting from a decision made on the basis of the information provided without re-verification with the competent authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer buyer is habitually resident. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
