Data controller

Data collected and purposes
- Questionnaire data (species, countries, date, vaccination status, etc.) — purpose: compute the applicable requirements and generate the compliance dossier; basis: performance of the contract / consent.
- Email address — purpose: send the verdict, the generated dossier, and the related reminders; basis: performance of the contract / consent.
- Payment data — collected and processed exclusively by our provider Stripe. BorderPaw never receives the card number or the security code.
- Analytics data (Meta Pixel) — only if you accepted via the consent banner. Purpose: understand usage; basis: consent.

- Generated compliance dossiers: 36 months after the travel date.
